Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new launches and holiday periods due to high order volume.
RETURN POLICYWe hope you love your new pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. To request a return, email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on celinecollective.com. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued. Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Celine Collective reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition. Black Friday Sale and Cyber Monday Sale purchases are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
DAMAGED GOODSWe inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
